Information we process
We process account details, customer and invoice records, uploaded documents, workflow history, notifications, session and security information, and audit records needed to operate and protect the service.
Analytics and error logging
We use Rybbit for anonymous page, device, referral, performance, install, notification, authentication, and client-error measurements. Rybbit does not set analytics cookies.
Dynamic routes are generalised before collection. We do not intentionally send user IDs, emails, invite or share tokens, invoice or document IDs, filenames, amounts, form contents, error messages, or stack traces to Rybbit. We do not use Rybbit user identification or session replay.
Cookies and service providers
Essential cookies keep you signed in. Local device storage supports preferences, prompts, and offline app resources. The operator may use infrastructure providers, Cloudflare R2 for files, Resend for email, OneSignal for push notifications, and its configured Rybbit service to provide these features.
Retention, rights, and contact
Information is retained as needed for document workflows, security, audit, and legal or contractual obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information.
